Director of Monster Hunter Wilds Hints at Content for Title Update 2.

As recently revealed by Yuya Tokuda, the unrivaled boss of Monster Hunter Wilds, hints have surfaced regarding the new features to be added in the upcoming major update. His statements include additions of more monstrous challenges and fresh new weapon skins. This action-adventure title by Capcom has been smack spammed for needing mid- and end-game content. It looks like the devs are listening to feedback and catering to their endgame audience.

Not too long ago, Monster Hunter Wilds experienced a drastic drop in their player base, losing 50% of players in just 2 weeks, mirroring the cycle of their last release. Numerous fans and reviewers speculate this drop is due to the lack of mid- to end-game challenges. They argue that after reaching the maximum level, monster slaying becomes mundane and the grind renders enriching gameplay redundant. Clearly, the franchise head is listening and is trying to share things in the hopes of regenerating hype surrounding Monster Hunter Wilds.

Yuya Tokuda informed the audience via his latest note that tougher hunts will now feature in the game. For those out of the loop, the tough monsters in Wilds are the meaner type with more health, more hurt, and more moves. Tokuda also suggested layering weapons, which might become a favorite with fans. If it is like how you change armor appearances, then players can retain the same stats for their weapons but alter the cosmetics.

Seikrets are the top mates in Wilds; they give tremendous help and even participate greatly in the fights with their smart mount systems. However, the new ride system does have its fair share of issues. One major complaint is that the set paths for Seikrets make exploring new areas feel redundant and uninteresting. Even so, the leader has assured fans that a lot of solutions are on the way for these real friends.

The new features added to 'Monster Hunter Wilds' Photo Mode, including hiding your hunter and removing skill graphics, will be available to enjoy this summer.

Capcom's Yuya Tokuda assured fans the game will get additional updates while also stating these updates, including some optimizations, will enhance future hunt experiences.
