Palworld Announces Official Update: Tides of Terraria

Palworld just shared news of its new update, Tides of Terraria. The game team, Pocket Pair, has been at work all year. They keep making new changes and giving players more to do as the game nears full release. There is more to look forward to soon, as Palworld and Terraria will join up.
Back in January 2025, Pocket Pair let everyone know new game tie-ins like Terraria would come. But fans did not know more at that time. Now we know a bit more.
On May 12, Palworld's team posted about Tides of Terraria. They said the game is now 25% off on Steam. This sale goes until May 19. The post says that this new update will add new things, new pals, new places, and much more to the game. These last few months, lots of changes have been made to Palworld—some big updates came because Nintendo sued, which led to losing some things in the game. With Tides of Terraria, new fun is coming back, and fans are happy about that.
You do not know when this new update will come out, but "summer 2025" gives fans a good idea of when to look for it. But on Steam, the Palworld page says you will get to "catch, train, fight, and work" with new beings from Terraria, same as with the usual pals. The update is called Version 0.6. That means it is a free part of the game; it is not paid content, which is good news for the more than 32 million people who have played Palworld since it came out in 2024.
There is even more for fans to hope for in the future. Pocket Pair has said there might be a Palworld dating game, but some people believe it is not real. It was first said as a joke in April 2024. Then, it was listed again in March this year. The Steam page for the dating game is still up, but no one knows when or if it will come. No matter what, there are many more updates and team-ups with other games planned for 2025. There is a lot for Palworld fans to get ready for.
